Refund Policy
If you receive an incorrect item or a defective/damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a replacement. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 48 hours.
Eligibility for Replacement
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

Items arrive faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled.

Packages are lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customers change their minds after receiving the order. Please ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate to prevent delays or lost packages. International customers must provide a phone number.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos and/or videos and email us at bubuqetoys@gmail.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
Note: BUBUQE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels. This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any form of product abuse.
Refund Process
Our refund policy applies within 30 days from the date of purchase or 48 hours after delivery (whichever comes first). If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or 48 hours since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

Email bubuqetoys@gmail.com with a detailed reason for the return, along with supporting photos/videos.

We will review your request and notify you of the next steps.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Customers must use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
Returned to Sender or Incorrect Address
BUBUQE is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If a package is returned to our warehouse, we can reship it, but additional fees (typically half the order total) will apply.

If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately to update it.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect items.

Our team will verify the issue before arranging a replacement.

Customers may be required to return the damaged item before receiving a replacement. Further instructions will be provided via email.
BUBUQE reserves the right to deny replacements or refunds if the request does not meet the above criteria.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email bubuqetoys@gmail.com.
Sale/Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, orders are processed and shipped.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged for order cancellations to cover processing costs.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours explaining the reason. If eligible, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.

If the item is still in transit, refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to us.
Note: We do not cover return or exchange shipping costs.
